Being RELIGIOUS and being SPIRITUAL are two entirely different things. Religion is meant to be a vehicle that conveys one to the place of spirituality because humans are spirits encased within sandy flesh and their spirit nature can never see fulfillment until there's a connection to their spiritual essence or Creator- God.

NOW, God is a spirit and to connect with Him a person needs his own spirit regenerated to get tuned to God's own spiritual frequency thereafter a line of communication is opened between that person and God.

UNTIL any practitioner of any religion gets to that level of personal and revelational relationship characterised by two way communication, such a person would remain deceived man made doctrines.

A US judge ruled against something like this recently and forced the young man to take blood to save his life.

Maybe our judges should consider such in extreme cases like this.

There is what we call autonomy in medical practice. You can only transfuse blood in this case if it's an emergency AND the person doesn't have what we call capacity to accept or decline treatment. Even with this, you have the family to contend with. It is not a that straight forward decision by medical personels. It is easier to transfuse if it was a minor in an emergency.

She did not want transfusion.
She is an adult who exercised her fundamental rights to demand the kind of treatment she prefers.
The Medical team respected her choice , as stipulated by Medical/Legal ethics.
She is a conscientious woman who stayed faithful to her beliefs.
It's sad we lost her to a terminal health issue.
