Part is the peace deal is that Fubara won't go for a second term and you expect Fubara to chicken out like Ambode? Not everyone is a coward like the people of the waste. Fubara would rather fight dirty and lose than folding his hands and be pushed out like Ambode.

On the contrary, one party system will help nigeria progress quickly , go back to history and check, no serious government delivered tangible results in 4 years .

China is a 1 party state and it took over 30 years of sustained policy to become an advanced nation.

Rwanda is a 1 party state and we all see how orgsnized and progressive Rwanda is .

Cone back home to lagos state , nobody can dispute lagos is the most stable and efficient of all the 36 states , because it's a 1 party state since 99.

Tinubu never fought his predecessors. A military government handed power to tinubu in 99.

Every party works to become a one party state. It is for the other parties to make themselves as viable alternatives - this is not the responsibility of the ruling party.

You weren't in the meeting, so there us no way you can be sure of whatever they said. Tinubu is a politician, he will only advice but will allow Rivers to sort themselves.
Oyetola dictates what is happening in Osun against Tinubu's wish concerning Adeleke. Its their state, its their choice. Between Amechi, Wike and Fubara, who do you think has the muscle to deliver Rivers for candidate of their choice?
I think Wike is more valuable to Tinubu electorally. He must dekiver the FCT and Rivers

The truth is if the rivers debacle was allowed to play out to a natural conclusion Wike would’ve lost. Fubara had the support of the SS states and PDP governors, he destroyed the state assembly complex and suspended activities. Without Tinubu’s interference Wike wouldn’t have stepped foot in rivers, Fubara is a rascal Incase you haven’t observed.

Then again, it is also within the presidents power to rescind his decision about a single term. Wike is not rivers state and while we may enjoy the politicking we must not get consumed by illegality. No individual should place interest above law, and the law gives Fubara the legal right to run a second term.

Is Wike a thorn in Tinubu’s flesh, well only he can declare, but if I were Tinubu, for the love of dirty politics, Fubara right now is the woman who told king Solomon to divide the baby in to two so both parties would lose, and I think it’s an evil genius idea, bring in a third force to rule rivers, use the Makinde faction of PDP to put forward a candidate, loyal to the president only, but also a friend to the old guards such as Odili and Amechi.

Offer Makinde a ministerial position and automatic ticket for his candidate in the Oyo elections. That way, he has appeased the south south, and south west.

If Wike and Fubara cry too much, offer them senatorial or ambassadorial positions.

Politicians don't make a complete speech today without adding renewed hope, and Asiwaju mandate. It is a competition of who is more loyal than the other.

It’s a battle of who is more Jagaban than the other in Rivers State. Both camps are trying to outdo each other in projecting support for the president. I also like the way both camps employ music to pass their message. The music from the two camps sounds really good to my ears. Rivers will be very interesting next year and I will be here by God’s grace to enjoy all the interesting times and the must.

It may appear so until it backfires. Tinubu is only concerned about his own re-election and is courting everyone over to the APC and promising what he will be unable to fulfill. In the end, he will be the biggest loser because the silently aggrieved parties who fail to clinch the party ticket will revolt either publicly or in private. Kano is already a case study with Ganduje and Barau camps being sacrificed to court the governor. Ganduje's camp is already revolting through proxies while not all supporters of Abba Gida will end up voting Tinubu. Most of the governors only decamped because it's a move that kills their opposition in the APC in their states and Tinubu is already gaining a notoriety for use and dump in the North. Wike is also silently propping up an alternate party to be used as plan B should the APC fail to ditch Fubara. This can only end one way.

If he got impeached then, tinubu will also lose rivers, because empathy will follow him.. ND the people will dislike tinubu and wike for that..
