Following the July 2025 rule changes, under what circumstances—if any—can the spouse and child dependants apply, extend, or remain as dependants on this route i.e SOC code 6135? Also, should the husband apply first before the children? Or should it be the children apply with the husband? Are they all eligible to apply as dependants of the wife under this code? Please note the main applicant's (wife) application had been submitted on 1st January 2026 to home office and expecting the outcome.

This matter need expert advice.
I know person also in the country who is about switching on Sponsorship. The company said they only give the main applicant. Which means dependents need to search theirs.

Yes dollar card... But some have a daily limit of $2500 whereas IHS fee for 2 years is more than 2500

He still they wait ooo. They requested wot he has been doing since 2021 after graduating although there was ASUU strike which lasted till late 2022. Course of 2021 was eventually completed 2023 but 9ja University issue certificate for 2021 academic session.

If standard application is 3weeks, if person get NSF or additional documents requested, that's another 1-2weeks. Getting cheaper flights or accommodation few days to resumption is not easy. E beta make person even arrive the country some days before resumption so as to und the environment and finish some paperworks.
