Osimhen this, Osimhen that. How e be una for body now grin
What is wrong is always wrong but we still love him even though we spanked him for the unnecessary spat with Mola and his decision to start strolling on the pitch calling to be subbed

He redeemed himself massively today making us sparkle against our big foe

Your guess is as good as mine. My kind tells me that Chelle and our boys will come up with a new strategy: Take shots from outside the opponents 18, Try a lot of leg ball to hand skills on the Morrocan defence, exploit a weak link in their defence like Zerrouki was for the Algerians, Have a joker sub or starter in the attack or midfield to force the Moroccans into confusion, improve on our final delivery from crosses and freekicks and hopefully we should be in the finals.
just cross the ball to Osimhen

Lookman was sound but I think his deficiency showed more than his good work.

Lookman seems not to fully grasp the role.

On many occasions he tried to do things himself. His offensive play should come after transition, not before. There were times he released the ball late and times to pass he held the ball. Lookman fixes this and the team gets even stronger.

Expect Chelle to iron this with Lookman. Get the ball to the attackers fast and then join them in the attack.
Possibly Chuckwueze or Simon should replace Lookman in starting XI since he is the major issue...again Lookman caused us not to whitewash Algeria just like he failed us by not adding more goals against Mozambique.... complain complain...beating Algeria una think say na moi moi...all the players played perfectly well today....Lookman deficiency showed more than his good work?even Chelle will not agree with you so far in this tournament

And to think that historically north African teams have always been our weak point on a normal day I would have preffered to face Senegal or ivory coast than Tunisia or algeria, now we knocked out both......our boys too try abeg

They didn't give us any respect, we forced out the respect from them with the way we approached the game from the first blast of the whistle. We were breathing down on them and they became jittery

We showed up all armed ready to unalive them.

My players of the Match are Osayi and Bruno.

Top class fullback performance.

Reduce a mighty Algerian attack to 0 shots on target.

Dominant statement win if there was ever one.

Imagine missing out on magical football, just so you can watch Temu Patrice Lumumba hold a pose for 90 minutes. Is that the point of a tournament?

I have been saying this for ages here. Any fan castigating Iwobi no sabi ball. He is the most creative and intelligent midfielder we can currently boast of

Iwobi’s footballing IQ is at the same level with our greats like Mikel,Kanu and Jay Jay
