I bought a three bedroom 3 bedroom apartment in the UK 🇬🇧. Then I rented one of the room to a lady who happened to be a student from Nigeria.
She will at times put on short , sexy wear walking around the apartment. I am a committed Christian and a leader in the church. One thing led to the other one faithful night after work I came back and she was lying on the couch almost half naked, after taken my bath , she got up and before you know it we started having S£x. Seeking legal recourse is hard because whenever my fiance ask if she has paid, I will agree , only me know say she no dey pay. She's is making money, she has already finished paying her school fees about 6 months ago.

Get a property management company to manage it for you and all your headaches shall disappear.

When i told you , dont cross a woman without paying her, you never took my words. This is one of the reasons.

take it from a lady, you have been played and captured by the student. It was her plan all along to make you fall to her whims and stop paying rent and even get you to marry her. See what you should do, give yourself time to seek the face of God , you can do this for 7 days. Avoid anything with her during this period. Ask the holy Spirit to direct you and help you. God is faithful , watch him do the needful. Just remember to avoid her during this period of commitment to God.
