This bias is ingrained in every human, in other words, that is how the human race rolls.

Only one religion has followers who feel it is justified to murder those who don't believe in that religion. Which religion is that?

Considering how some Northerners in North have been fanatic about religion, sometimes I wonder if there are no Muslim in South West or other Southern part of the country.

Some disgruntled people can't just be using religion you claimed it's for peace to be killing others.

The area where I grew up, church and mosque are almost beside each other and when you are talking about the local religion, we almost have it all, masquerade, Oro, Alawo, Igunuko, Gelede and co. Nothing like anybody fighting or hating each other.

You want to hate on someone you will see tomorrow that you might need help from.

The perceptions that not just Nigerians but foreigners have about North and religion is something worrisome.

I just hope they can do something about it.

Some arguments are unnecessary. If you have been abroad, then you must have probably been suspected as someone into drug as a Nigerian. They are not that wrong. Some Nigerians keep on disgracing us almost daily.

There is nothing wrong with such perceptions. Me as a Nigerian in any foreign land, you must re write your story about Nigerians. It's sure for me die. I don't care which perceptions you are bringing

The truth is in the word "extremism"

There is no such thing as a Christian extremist

The same cant be said about the Islamic faith.

Let me give you an example.

If you went about in a Christian area shouting that 'Jesus was evil!', 'he was a fool!', 'Jesus was the devil!'. You may get some insults, but nobody will touch you.

If you went to a Muslim area and shouted the same thing about the Prophet Mohammed, what do you think would happen?

Stop this rubbish, we all know that religion get violence for no reason, if you don't burder Christians, they won't burder you, but Islam can just go about blowing things up for no reason

Your god is not the same as the one the Jews and Christians are worshipping. It only takes someone with a brain capable of breathing to know the Supreme Entity in the Bible has a different personality from whatever you call almighty in your religion. Again, YHWH is different from Allah.

Every updated person knows the religion of peace.

In a crowded mall on Sunday evening, carry a backpack,dress like a Christian brother and shout "Jesus is Lord" and watch what happens.

On the other hand, in a crowded mall on Friday evening after Islamiic prayers, carry a backpack, leave your beads long and shout "Allahu Akbar" and watch what happens.

I think therein lies your answer and the legacy of what your Muslim brothers have bequeathed to the world and chosen to be identified with. If Islam is indeed a religion of peace, Muslims would not belabour themselves trying to affirm it and convince people with words. People are not so foolish not to know the meaning of peace.

Not just that; Nuns live, work, and pray inside a monastery or convent, rarely leaving except for essential reasons like medical appointments.
