He will get his chance in cup competitions if he's that talented and rated. The problem is that if they get knocked out early, they should forget about any chance again. Also if meaningful results are hard to come by and there's pressure on the first team, they'll hardly get a chance

United will surely get some experienced midfielders with Casemiro and Ugarte (possibly) leaving, maybe loans moves would be best option for Thwaites, Kone and even Chido Obi-Martins.

Yeah I expect them to get at least two midfielders. However we can't groom two CM at the same time from the academy. The best they can do is one at a time. So maybe one next season and the other goes on loan

If Liverpool win, we would drop to 6th

We need to beat Fulham

Hopefully the lads rise to the occassion and surmount whatever pressure that might be building

He will do well in Germany. A lot of transition opportunities but they are less physical than EPL.

I think Yoro starts ahead of Maguire today. Then Cunha in for D’Orgu. Then one of Amad and Mbeumo should start with Sesko up top. Everything else remains unchanged.

Yoro's pace will be an added bonus over Maguire’s sluggishness. His offensive output should be superior too. Same with Cunha for D’Orgu. We’re going to have more possession so we should have a higher offensive starting eleven.

You are right about the tactical advantages of Yoro starting ahead of Maguire but I suspect Carrick will not make too many changes in this game which is the first one we are expected to win. The defence might not change.

Amad and Mbeumo are our 2 most consistent attackers. They are the only 2 that you can predict when they will give you. I think Carrick will find a way to start both. Either Sesko or Cunha might miss out.

Whatever lineup Carrick chooses, that won’t be the major problem. Our major problem when facing smaller teams is lack of application and focus.

Meanwhile Yuel Helafu. Put that name in your back pocket. It might come in handy one day.

The players should keep their performance level up and play this game with the same will to win like the Shitty and Assnal game, Fulham won't be easy but we can win this comfortably if the players play like in the 2 last two games...
