nitrogen:So just like us, they turn up against big teams and struggle against smaller teams? Noted |

dreamxhaser:We were the better side vs City because we created more clear cut chances. We should be doing better in these games... especially at Old Trafford. This Fulham that we are suddenly equating to Real Madrid - they are closer to 13th position than 6th. I would gladly take the 3 points because afterall, that's what matters most. Hopefully we are able to win convincingly vs Spurs and reinstate that fear factor at Old Trafford

That Kevin r2 is what i always expect from Amad when he cuts in, he need to have more confidence in himself cos he has it in him. He roasted Robinson too many times, he can do more for the team with his talent.... |

Jamiuokolaa:Honestly, just because Fulham are 13th doesn't mean they won't put out a good performance against top sides. Just like Man United, even in our darkest seasons, we still turn up against big teams. All this can be caused by a lot of things; maybe sudden motivation, or the team system is set up to play well against big teams, but they can’t break down their fellow small teams that play a low block. That Old Trafford fear factor was never there, at least for about 3 years now. Let’s forget about it and take on matches with an open mind, home and away. We are not saying Fulham are Madrid or something, but they somehow play well against big teams and the evidence is there. Normally fullham would have dominated us like in the first leg, but as you can see our boys no gree for them too. That is improvement, coupled with the 3 points. Y’all are trying to say the boys have gone back to their default mode of playing without efforts or passion against small teams which is not true. At least let’s be positive now, we can’t turn into arsenal or city overnight. Haba! |

TrebleChamp:That Kevin R2 - why does lammens seem to be helpless in such scenarios? Na him weakness? I remember Ellexy talking about our goalie having short arms I agree with your take on Amad - he probably needs to be more dangerous when cutting in |

eph12:I think the only time we were very bad with the ball was towards the end of the second half (my opinion though). Honestly, I understand your worries about the boys not doing well against small teams. But I don’t think aside from Arsenal and maybe City, any other team has kept that back to back tempo against small teams. It was always a struggle. The most important thing is the boys didn’t go back to playing like women; instead, they still put in the work and that is why we took the 3 points. The Man United we knew last season and early this season would have lost this match. So there is improvement; Fulham just matched their tempo. |

Getting 3 consecutive wins after playing the teams we played is sure worth the accolades. This Fulham is even more organized than the other two. |

TrebleChamp:If Arsenal fail to win the league this season, make them just disband the club. Perhaps if we had sacked that useless Amorim early enough, Arsenal wouldn't be coasting |

Since we’ll almost certainly be competing on four fronts next season, It’s essential that we: • Invest in a proper, starting‑level central midfielder. If Carrick is still in charge, he’ll almost certainly push for a mobile, technically secure passer as the marquee midfield signing. •Bring in one reliable, experienced midfielder on loan. This is with the assumption that the board might be reluctant to spend heavily on 2 CMs in the same TW. •Promote an academy lad capable of handling selective minutes If Wilcox and the scouting department execute this correctly, we can finally cut our losses on Ugarte.

eph12:For the first time in many years, Fulham approached the game scared for what we could have done to them. We scored 2 goals and looked a safe bet for the win until that penalty decision... Whether you admit it or not, we look a much better team playing with this formation, much better than we ever looked under that useless Amorim Bin Laden setup. I know you so badly want that 'I told you so' moment... |

Na United I dey see for top 4 so? Even ahead of my club with the possibility of even finishing 3rd hmmm...but our brothers in Christ told us that they were not good enough to compete with Wolves. Chai 😭 😭 |

Kobbie Mainoo is United new Paul Scholes, Scholes wasn't even as good as Mainoo at 20years old. He will get better as he mature and continue to develop properly under a good (sensible) manager.. |

This agenda of always trying to excuse our coaches( Amorim,,ETH,now Carrick) against so called mid table team( I don't know who created the yardstick) is becoming boring.l didn't hear all this during Ferguson era or Moyes or LVG etc time. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by engrelvis(m): 8:35am On Feb 02 |
patrickmuf:l don't think they were scared. We were just better .Removin Casemiro disrupted that midfield.Mainoo was even less effective( after Case left).Ugarte lack football intelligence. |
