I’m a bit worried about Amad. He’s not as dangerous as he once was. His ambition and hunger has taken a hit. He still puts in the effort and his work in the team is evident.

But I’d like him to be more daring in certain moments or even have the belief that he can make something happen. Instead he just takes the safest options in most cases when faced with some difficulty.

It’s almost as if his growth has stagnated. Hopefully it’s another stage in his arc and he can become extremely dangerous in the next months cos I know how talented he is.

I am not worried about Amad. IMO he is still displaying lots of hunger and drive, and he does this both in attack and in defence. He just played over 12 months under a risk-averse manager, so it is understandable if it takes him some time to start taking risks, especially now that he is playing RWF and not RWB. He just needs to work on his finishing and continue to develop other parts of his game organically.

They still had about 6-7 starting 11 players: Vicario, Romero, Udogie, Palinha, Bissouma, Simons, Solanke and a few okay replacements.

Any match can be difficult if you don’t apply yourself. If we take it seriously and play with focus and we take our chances we will win.

But they Said City was the real test considering they had picked up a rhythm. After seeing what happened to City, they said Arsenal would be the realest test when it comes to strong teams considering their home record. After that, they said Fulham.

I mentioned this last month. He has been training with them for nearly a month.

Devaney is also on loan in the SPL. He is a no 6 while Kone looks to be an 8.

I want us to buy mainly 1st choice CMs next off season. Not squad level players that are only marginally better than our academy prospects.

Yes, Sesko has the box movement and aerial presence to work well against low blocks, and Cunha has just enough dribbling, invention, long-range shooting, and pace to trouble any block (low or high). He just needs to work on his touch, which can sometimes be loose.

Amad can work against any block as well. Once he improves his finishing and starts targeting and hitting the far post area of the goal, e don be for EPL LBs.

You are correct on all the players. Amad seems to be the only person in our team that can comfortably take on defenders. Even Bruno is good too against low block.
I think the key issue we had versus low block is the pace of our defenders If we get a proper press resistant Midfielders and Pacy defenders we will prosper against low block teams. And I hate to say this, but Arsenal strategy of using setpieces as an alternative to unlock teams like that is what we should try to use tpo

Amad ia still dangerous and is one of our best and most important players, his Ambition is still intact, he is a human being so will witness reset sometimes, he is putting in the rigjt work and attitude

Yes we are already doing okay in terms of utilising set pieces. Amorim’s set piece coach at least did a good job on that this season before they left. I remember I lambasted the guy last season cos we were woeful in that aspect.

You have a point about the lack of pace at the back though players like Rashy, Garnacho being primarily counterattacking players also contributed.

Orozco’s tape looks better than Leon’s tape before coming but then again I have only seen Orozco play under-age football.

Leon has been struggling really badly. He has been the worst player in the Under-21 side and even Under-18 players stepping up to the Under-21s are doing better than him.

Maybe it’s just a settling down issue and he will regain his groove by next season. He needs to lose some of that weight though. It takes him 7 days and 7 nights to turn and accelerate.
