Our ancestors were cancer free due to their life style like I stated earlier.. They were cancer free due to constant exercise and choice of their food..

They spent almost half of their everyday life in their farms cultivating manually , unlike now people spend much time in the offices and market places without sweating properly

They were eating natural food directly from the farm, unlike now people eat processed and preserved food with chemicals
