Before I got tested for Typhoid which report came out high, for some months, I had to be scratching my private, particularly the inner laps around my deek and with offensive odour most times.

The nurse later told me that the antibiotics injection prescribed to treat the typhoid would equally act against the STI.

I was subjected to a 5 day-antibiotics injection. Since then, I have not felt or experienced the scratching and the offensive odour has stopped.

After the injection, I was prescribed for another oral antibiotics medication which I am currently doing. Since all these days, I put a stop to achohol.

In all, I give glory to God.

I won't call them sick, I think they are emotionally damaged as a lot of them saw how badly their mum's were treated and don't want to go through that.

It is just that some are not mature enough to realise that not ever battle needs to be fought and their mums were actually doing them a favour tolerating BS from their dad for the sake of their children.

Marraige counselling needs to improve in this Nigeria, the religious centric one we mainly have is of little or no use.

P. S: I just realised you are the joker that slept with a family friend outside of marraige and caught a disease. Oga you are the architect of your own problems.

I have read through all the posts and no one mentioned depression and the damages it can cause. I consider this the worst mistake or regret of my life.
I experienced a stage of depression early this year that I later researched to be the "self destructive stage". You all may have heard about people cutting themselves to bleed just to feel better. Yeah that's it. But mine was bad.
Long story short, nothing interested me I needed to feel hurt and alive. So I took all of my savings 35m put it in a random trade with hopes to loose. Tried those for three days consecutively and never lost and in the fourth day I went all in again and lost it all.
My eyes opened and I felt the pain but no it didn't end there.
The next thought was "now you have lost it all, there is no need living.. It's better you end it". Suicidal thoughts came strongly. I fought it and till now I just float.

I know many people are not familiar with this stage of depression and most people will say it is village people and stuff. However, you can Google it.
Lastly, if anyone has experienced any thing like this please quote. I will like to hear your story especially how you bounced back.

First you isolate and crave to e left alone, somehow you wish people come through for you like you would to them… most times you give your last to meet people’s needs and when you can’t you ghost them…

You overcome an addiction for a year plus and you nosedive right back in and feel is it worth it?


Massive risk taker and hates disrespect
When on outing with people you don’t connect deeply with you can go all smiles yet mentally aware of everyone’s body language

You’re good at too many things and wonder why you could help others yet you’re trapped in endless circles

Solution:
View your life as having different boxes of experience
1. When you’re down know which box is open, after a while stand up and take a long walk: listen to Anthony Robinson over and over and keep affirming to yourself

2. Feel too lazy to work, it’s a box stay long enough and close it. Give yourself a countdown from 10 to 0 and at zero change position and open your productive box consciously

3. Been a week you went off, drag yourself to take yourself out you deserve to see the beauty of Gods creation.


The circle never ends, but you’ve the choice to keep choosing you over it

Thanks for the tips. I would give them a try. It's reassuring that someone gets me. I am doing better mentally now just some intentional laziness now. What I did after those times? I relocated to a new state and decided to live with my bros then try to see life as worth it as I see more people loose more than I have lost and not consider suicide. Once you know that there are people who will laugh at your loss, it helps you tell your mind that taking your life over the loss isn't worth it.
