Today is Day 1/100.

I will be back to make the necessary updates, I have been extremely busy.

One thing that actually works is what I call "distracting your distraction." Your distraction is your addiction, if you can successfully distract it everyday by religiously and obsessively channeling that energy into something worthy; controlling your addiction or bad habit becomes easier.

It won't stop it from coming harder but the ability to channel the energy to something worthy makes you a worthy opponent.

Edit: I'm getting more courageous and sure that I will prove myself right. I have been working on this method for years now. With this idea, I believe anyone can achieve anything with this.
