helinues:What sovereignty are you talking about in the face of existential threat? Are you saying we should ignore that all in the name of sovereignty? How and who is even threatening your sovereignty as an individual or as a nation when your government has a pact with them on security? |

There is nothing wrong with that. If you refuse to regulate yourself, you have invited a higher power to regulate you. The next bill that should be proposed by the US is 'The Nigeria bill of promotion of credible elections and real-time voting". Then we should also have; 'The Nigeria bill of indigenous natives and their rights to sovereign nationhood" We are getting there. Trump, oko iya Tinubu. God bless Trump.. God bless America. |

HacheNoire:Usual nosie making craps. Did you not read the part that says the fulani militia is being paid by the Chinese illegal miners for protection? Are you comfortable with the daily killings and kidnappings happing in Nigeria? |

This is why I love America, they are very detailed and intentional with whatever they do. These guys have been gathering intelligence on Nigeria's insecurity and the root causes. You see this illegal Chinese mining, it is one of the root cause of insecurity in Northwest and Middlebelt. America know what they are doing. If Nigeria want to partner with Chinese in solid mineral mining, let them make it official and partner with Chinese government and than ban illegal mining by any individual or group of persons just as it is with crude oil mining and even rifinning, simple. |

ZUBY77:They told you the China is paying Fulani militias and you swallowed it hook line and sinker! Use your brain for the first time this year. Does it make sense to you? What is China’s gain and have they ever been known for such? What’s their aim or goal to do such as the biggest trade partner of Nigeria? Just us me your brain to weigh issues before digesting. If master told something, reason it out before you jump into conclusions. It was Iran before and now China…. |
| Re: USA Proposes A Bill To Target Illegal Chinese Mining In Nigeria by pook(m): 6:54am On Feb 13 |
zeyt:That is exactly what is happening. The militias is only using the opportunity of the artillery they have to push their Islam agenda but it's the illegal miner that is sponsoring them. Once they want to mine a place they send locals away through attacks then the Chinese or Lebanese come in and do their thing. |

ZUBY77:Politics have blinded most people from the Southwest Nigeria. All they care about is making sure Tinubu continues as President, even if it leads to Nigeria turning to Afghanistan they don't care, Tinubu must continue |

This is part of what is funding the bandits those rich minerals in the mines. Bandits extort the illegal miners, thereby getting more money to.buy guns. |

helinues:Rant on, papi! Nobody can stop Trump from doing whatever he wants to do. It's okay to play politics with everything, but when the consequences come, you must bear the brunt. Tinubu has been playing politics with insecurity in Nigeria. Now, the US has its eyes on Nigeria - the consequences will be weighty. When it rains, it pours. |

franchasofficia:Never a fan of any of these Government but the illegal mining in the North didn't start in 2023. It goes way back and the funny thing is that previous Regimes know what lay beneath the soil in the North yet they did absolutely nothing. |

Well it's true that these Chinese men are paying hikitia for protection. They are currently in Nasarawa LGA of Nasarawa State. The governor kept quiet because they've paying him hundreds of millions through the former commissioner of environment. It became so juicy that the governor now handled the ministry of environment funds himself .... 😂 |

SmartPolician:It's not raining anywhere. The US and the Nigerian government are working together to curb all these issues. HacheNoire:Do you think Americans are jokers like you guys? America operate the best intelligence gathering agency in the world, tested and proven correct always. When they told the world that Russia will invade Ukraine the day Russia did at so so hour, it happened. You see America and Israel, they are the best when it comes to intelligence gathering, nobody else comes close. I have a friend working with an oil servicing firm laying pipeline around the Middlebelt, he once told me this sometime in 2024. It's an open secret, it is those Chinese illegal miners that are paying most of the Fulani militia to guard them and prevent the local communities and government officials from coming close to their mining sites. To achieve this, they create security crises in those communities so that people will stay away while they continue with their illegal mining and export. You don't even need to doubt that intelligence report at all |

The story keeps changing by the day because the Christian genocide angle is not working at all. In all of these, Nigeria would emerge victorious and both her internal and external enemies shall be put to unimaginable shame. DeltaBachelor: |
