Good day all, I have been experiencing this severe back pain for years now, which has gotten worst. It doesn't allow me to sit for long and atimes it makes sleeping difficult, and my work demands long hours of sitting, it is really frustrating and I am still a young man. I have seen a doctor, who prescribed drugs and injection and still the pain is there. please if you have any idea on how to cure this pain permanently. I will greatly appreciate.

It might be sign of malaria. Happened to me too. I had this back pain for close to 5 year always taking drugs no solution . I only use drugs prescribed by doctor

Mind you, it got to s point that drugs nearly killed me so I know what am saying that you need to take it easy with drugs/self medication.

Get yourself neutogelsic extra and apply it 3-4times daily

Drink warm water

Take your prescription & if you are not on any drug for now you can buy only neurogelsic extra and rub at affected part

I spent over 200k on back pain due to complications from some drugs I used & bad injection given to me so I don't want you to fall into same pit

Sometime back pain might be stupid & difficult to treat but don't think too much about it

Bottom line

Drink wa water

If you are on any prescription, take it religiously

Rub neurogelsic extra at the affected part for at least 3-4times daily

Don't sit for too long even if you job demand sitting, ensure you stand up and walk for like a minutes after sitting down for 2hours

Add tumeric to your dishes(I used it too)

Apply warm water at the affected part at least twice a day and take hot bath

My own back pain was worst to the extent that doctor gave me tramadol still makes me worst but e using what I just stated above

More over the drug I mentioned is a cloroquine tablet . As we all know is the best antimalaria drug and less side effect too and also less expensive. Mine was terrible,I couldn't sit for long,I was told to stop sugary things,I also stopped cold drinks and food,I took both English and native,rubbed all sort..I got tired of treating then it stopped on its own...
