Maybe subsidies trade fair with free or very little payment for canopy stands, and any other activities not just eating constituency funds. Opponents should be heavily funded to guarantee their defeat, and investigations launched to determine if financial crimes that could nullify their candidacy and same time get them to jail.

Also, residential houses should be double-checked to make sure they are not violating urban planning design and meeting construction standards. Violation of either should result to outright demolition with violators paying demolition fees.
