Ghanaian authorities have revealed the identity of the man accused of secretly recording intimate encounters with Kenyan and other African women without their consent as 36-year-old Russian national Vladislav Luilkov.

The government released the suspect’s passport details and has initiated international legal processes to ensure he faces charges once he leaves Russia.

Russian authorities had earlier dismissed a different name circulating online, saying it did not match any known citizen. The alias widely shared on social media—"Yaytseslav," described as a pickup artist from Ulyanovsk—has since been confirmed to be fake.

Ghanaian officials say they are pursuing legal avenues abroad, as Russia does not extradite its citizens to face prosecution in foreign countries.

Trust them at your own peril. They like money too much but I cant blame them. We have to stop bringing children into poverty recklessly. If you are poor you are not in a position to raise kids. When your country borrows money from IMF and World Bank, you are forced to sign away your rights and other terms that are detrimental to your people. It is how France, Britain, Europe and USA maintains power over us. Ghana had to allow US military bases on its territory when IMF refused to bail out the economy and currency crises about 15 years ago.

We need to postpone having children until we sort out or political and economic problems.

Whoever has been chopped cannot be unchopped.
