Hope you have not taken out the money? Allow the fund to still be in the account; that is, if you did a POF, ensure the funds stay for 2 months if you can service it before reapplying. But if you didn't do POF, then just give it time without touching the funds before reapplying.

My yearly contributions are: TFSA $10,000, RRSP $5,000, and RESP $2,500.

My sister and I also own a rental property in Scarborough.

My question is how do I prove to IRCC that the money was from contribution, how do I back it up. I am just confused.

If the payment from the same person, the person should issue a letter of support or introduction depending on which is most applicable, if it is a well structured program and there is a letterhead, that should be used.
