N100M cannot be transferred by mistake. at least 2 officers of the bank will approve the transaction due to the amount involved. and they will check every detail before approving.

100M cannot wrongfully transferred just like that.
there is a mandate from anambra state government that states the account name and account number of the beneficiary. so using the NIBSS platform, the inputter will validate the account name and account number before posting. N100M. it will be approved by at least 2 officers and each will check the details carefully before approving.
if truly this was an error, do know how many staff sterling bank will sack? but they didnt sack any, because it was not a mistake.

We should do a thorough investigation on this case

All police senior officers should submit their family members account details for investigations

We should get the account statement for Victor's account to see if he had received such transfers in the past

Soludo should also be investigated, he may have been trading Anambra's funds for FG's recognition and support

We never heard him cry out that his security vote was deducted unjustly
