Let him find a location were light supply is very poor, he can start with phone charging business, he can also add it with selling of phone chargers , ear piss, phone case, and also recharge card, every day he will make up to 5k, with time he can look for other small things that people needs daily and add to his business

The Pos that is out of it self may be the best.
Get a good location you'll make over 150k monthly from pos.
One of my friends set up a pos business for the brother . He told the brother to return 100k montly and enjoy the remaining profit while making sure the capital is intact montly.

You can setup online biz, selling and buying of okrika.
Doing offline biz, shop rent can take half of the money .
But if he insist on offline business.

I actually talked to him about it. He said he could do anything. He has worked mostly as a hotel staff or manager. Apart from the low pay, he said the kind of lifestyle associated with it is not something he can keep coping with. Being a love-vendor and all of that. He just wants to do business.
