How soon would you advise to reapply? Her main reason for visiting is to come see her grandchild as she wasn’t able to make it for the wedding due to the visa refusal.
At least a month.

It is mandatory in the application form.

Also, I told her the cover letter needs to be improved.

Waiting for 1 month or 2 years is not the issue. But she should avoid previous mistakes.

Would you say I and my husband should sponsor my mom or is my dad sponsoring her enough. She also lives in Cotonou and works there but it’s a developing country so they don’t pay salary into the bank to be able to provide a bank statement. Is a payslip just enough or would you advise any way to prove this? How can she also prove ties to her residence country?

Ties to residence country includes marriage, land documents, etc.

I think you uploaded several refusals, so I don't know which one was the latest refusal. What's was the balance of the account you used to sponsor her in the last refusal?

For salary evidence: You can just provide payslips and explain the reason in the cover letter.

What is the current UK immigration status of you and your spouse?

Ok.
What 'you will personally spend' is not the same as what sponsor will be contributing. That's another thing I spotted.

Thank you Taal, the company has been paying taxes(corporate). On a quarterly basis, 500k is paid into the personal account being for allowances. It's a company in which Iam one of the Directors.
If you get a quarterly allowance of 500k divide that by and add to your month income.
What ever length of statement you include let it show at least one of those quarterly allowance shows.

Based on this I don't think you filled the form correctly.

The amt it would cost your mum personally for this trip is much more that anything she earns.
You and you husband should be sole sponsors for her trip.
Payslips represent income source so you can scan them to show concurrent history of income.

A cover letter that is concise should explain your circumstances
You mum is coming to visit your baby her grandchild and see you
You earns bia payslips but paid cash
Your ability to cover her costs.. flight, living expenses as you will provide accommodation.

Finally I would say wait awhile before reapply ing.

Don’t make a 4th application without seeking for help.
Unfortunately in the 3 visa applications you have done, you have done them very wrongly and since you do not understand the concept of what you are doing, you have been bound to make mistakes. You keep making mistakes and this is ruining her chances more.
3 refusals already bad. Plan another application for after 6 months systematically instead of the rush and haste.
If you urgently want to do something at the moment and can not wait, send an email to your MP, contact them to help you.
That you have not seen your mom and how all of this is affecting your mental health. Then send a complaint s email and seek reconsideration of her last application.
Hopefully if your MP stands for you, home office can use discretion to give the visa. If this doesn’t work, then it’s still okay as against just letting the next couple of months pass by without doing anything.
I am also hopeful that you and your spouse got your status without anything shady in the past and are not too reliant on benefits.
If you work and pay taxes and not on benefits, add this to your argument points to the home office as to why you desire this family visit at this time.
Goodluck and ask for help when you need it.

Myself and wife work in a different manufacturing industry with a salary range of 350-400k monthly with good savings, landed property.
Or can the British citizen just say he would sponsor us?
We plenty o like 3 people going
Risk of refusal is high for you and your wife. You can sit this one out as it won’t be granted in current times.

Hello all,I’m planning to renew my uk visa and this will be my 3rd uk visa .My uncle sent a 40m cash gift into my salary account last December and with that,my statement will be about 45m when I want to submit my application.Ive been receiving my salary in the same account and I’ve been maintaining the same monthly expenses.I will submit a 3/4 months statement that will start from January-may but won’t the balance be a red flag?I used a 5m balance last year.
What definition can I give for the sudden increase in account balance although I will not print my statement from December.

Why not move part of the money to another bank account of yours? So you can avoid the explanation. Maintain similar bank balance you used last year.
1 month bank statement is okay.
