good day NL. I am the type that takes energy drink (Fearless energy drink to be precise) everyday. I normally take one bottle of it in a day. To the medical expert, can this drink have a negative effect on me? Considering the fact that i only take a bottle per day. Thanks

Since my energy drink of choice, Power Horse, didn’t make it into the picture, I’ll simply mind my business.

you are joking with high blood pressure...na Wetin make use reduce mixing it with action bitters be that ,when the front of your fore head go dey commot heat and sweat for no reason couple with eyes blurring you will understand

One thing is sure, you will develop kidney stone and if you are lucky like me that passed out 12mm x 11mm kidney stone after 11 months when I spent over 1.5 million in medication, tests and all then thank your God. If not, you will spend over 4 million on shockwave lithotripsy or urologist perform a surgery on you to remove it. Stay away from energy drinks

Its very bad. Back then i was into predator and qyickly became addicted. I lost sleep, became apprehensive and felt weak if i hadnt taken my usual bottle

Chronic use can cause palpitations, lack of sleep , worsen blood pressure and stress the kidneys

I use to be an avid consumer of energy drinks back in my uni days to keep me alert most nights for studying till day break, until I developed stomach ulcers and occasional arrhythmia. Nobody advised me to stop, I ended it willfully.

Swapped it fot coffee.

jst reduce it oh... D stuff gave me high BP.... And I never even 30 yet... Also it will make u add weight.... I know because it was d only soft drink I was taking for like a year and I only eat once per day.... It will also make u sleep late.... So it depends on what u are doing.... If na bricklayer work u dey do, I go recommend but if na office job... No no
