A viral video circulating online captures a heated altercation between a man and his date at a restaurant after she invited him out, Rep9ja reports.

According to reports shared on social media, the woman had reached out to the man, for a business meeting. Both ordered meals, and when the bill arrived, the woman then expected the man to cover the entire cost, assuming he would pay as is common in some dating scenarios.

The man firmly refused, pointing out that she had extended the invitation and chosen the venue, so it was only fair for her to handle the bill. He argued that an invitee shouldn't automatically bear the full expense.

This sparked an intense argument, with raised voices and visible frustration from both sides. The man reportedly stood his ground, while the woman appeared upset and insistent on her original expectation.

2. I will not hang out without eating and drinking the way I want. Can you afford it Or will you play the card of YOU ARE THE MAN??

Usually they will say NO. and even if you say YES, i will not show up at your chosen location, if at all I show up.

We had been talking for a while and that was the first time we were seeing each other.
I paid the bills ..He was my guest and I only felt it was natural to do so.

After that, he started acting all cold and withdrawn. When I asked why the sudden change in behaviour, he said he felt uncomfortable that I paid for our lunch... That it was "unwomanly" ,that I embarrassed him.

That was where it ended.

If I narrate what just happened this morning to you ehn, you go laugh.

Imagine this Muslim lady reminding me why I havent sent her money to get Abaya since Ramadan is almost ending. At first I pause to understand what is going on. See there is an epidermic of ladies that bill without remorse. Believe me when I say that this lady can actually afford that Abaya dress, but she had the effrontry to ask from me as if I had worked the money for her already.

Going forward, any discussion that can lead to billing I will avoid it, no more 'have you eaten?' or 'how are you today?' or 'you can tell me what's wrong' or 'is there anything I can help you with?' all this statement with the average Nigerian lady is the catalyst to billing.

Did this happen in Oyo? Cause I heard a similar incident, I am actually venting out cause if we take a moment to analyze that video, we will see that majority of Nigerian women are dangerously entitled.
1. The woman knows that she doesnt have money and yet she invited the man cause in her little brain she believed the man will pay her bill at the restaurant.
2. She had the audacity to question the man for not sorting her transport bill to come to the restaurant. Can you imagine?
3. The waiter(a fellow Nigerian woman) had to follow the man while he was walking out, cause to the waiter, the man is supposed to pay the bill.
4. The woman had to talk down on the guy recording cause she was visibly afraid.

I weep for what will happen in the next 2 years if this entitlement of women is not curbed, in 2 years time, women might now begin to go physical on men for not wanting to sort their bills. Please pansophist
