Water represents both the Word of God and Water Baptism

Spirit also represents both the Word of God and the Holy Spirit.

The Word of God is the sole progenitor of the new creation. The Word of God is God. That's why anyone born of the Word is a Child of God. And by that, we have a deposit of the Divine nature in our regenerated nature. This is the core of being a new creature. This is how old things pass away.

John 17:3 doesn't have to mention Jesus because the Only true God reveals Himself through Jesus. He made Himself physically approachable through Jesus. There's no difference between the two. So, your expectations regarding mentioning Jesus as the only true God is borne of confusion. By saying the God of Israel is the Only true God, you're saying Jesus is the Only manifestation of that true God.

Yahweh does not have to tell me He is Jesus Christ. Doctrines are not borne on one explicit statement. They're based on the aggregate understanding of several explicit statements.

No man has seen God prior to the Son coming to reveal Him. God reveals Himself through His human manifestation as Jesus.

That's why when Philip asked Him in John 14, saying "Show us the Father and it will suffice us ." Jesus upbraided him and said, "I have been so long with you, and you are still asking me to show you the Father? Don't you know that whoever sees me has seen the Father!" (Paraphrased).

These are Jesus' own true words which you have rejected.

6. How come Yahweh is a Rock and Jesus is a Rock?

7. How come the Son that would be born is called "Everlasting Father" according to Isaiah?

8. How come Yahweh is the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last in the book of Isaiah, and Jesus is also the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last in the book of Revelation?

9. How come Jesus calls Himself "The Almighty" in the book of Revelation?

Don't tell me you don't know that you're born by your parents and became the son of your parents. You're then born again by God to become the son of God. You have a physical family you belong to through your parents. You have a spiritual family you belong to when you became born again. This makes you a child of God. And that makes you saved. A child of God is already in the family of God and is saved. That's why Jesus said you must be born again to enter into the kingdom of God.
