our team needs a better manager. Skinner has done a good job so far, but he's also maxed out like two seasons back.
Just as the team moved on from Zelem and Nikita Paris (who were good for the level at the time), same should apply to the coaching crew.
Some good upgrades have been made in the playing staff, although depth is still abysmal.

He needs to go for real. With the additions we got we look so average a lot of the time and I hate how he has made us Chelsea's bîtches. Unfortunately if he keeps getting 2nd place and the odd FA Cups every now and then I don't see management pushing for a change.

His last 5 games had 3 draws, one win and one loss. Not the best but he was without his key players. The losses were reduced. His last 10 games had just two losses. Chelsea is on 4 games losing streak. To show you how bad they are. We for don enter top 4.

IMO our transfer dealings this summer is of more importance than who becomes our permanent manager. Without a proper squad, we’ll stumble next season even if we have the best manager in the world.
