PDJT:
- Psychiatry is a totally different area to Psychotherapy/Counselling.

- I'm not into "opueh", you can have it.
You may not be able to get a core mental healthcare role, if you are not a psychiatrist. You may be able to work as an auxiliary care person in that field.

Your family will get deported because they travel in a crooked way! I took my time, read, do the necessary things to afford myself and my family legal immigration with career advancement, so I can raise my shoulders. I'm not in your cohort of japa people, I seek knowledge to migrate legally with God blessings. Meanwhile, you see that your bitter soul will continue to sink you and you can never get help. And stop crying upon my post because I wasn't in naija during the election.
Weda you traveled in a legal way or a crooked way, of course your legal permit can be revoked i hope you know.

And you get deported back to your Nigeria and enjoy your brothers government with them.

In summary, the article highlights the hidden health risks faced by Nigerians and other immigrants abroad, particularly in the UK. Due to high living costs and financial pressure, many people work multiple jobs, often combining day and night shifts, which leads to chronic sleep deprivation and stress.

Several cases of sudden deaths, including young healthcare workers, are linked to this lifestyle. Lack of sleep affects physical and mental health, increasing the risk of serious conditions like heart disease, depression, and weakened immunity.

Despite awareness of these dangers, many immigrants continue in this cycle due to financial obligations, social pressure, and limited opportunities for upward mobility. To cope, some rely on stimulants or substances, which worsen the situation over time.

The core message is simple: chasing money at the expense of health can be dangerous, because life cannot be bought back.

If you are above 35 yrs , if you Japa you go suffer and you will never retire in life
Not completely true. Like I said the determinant on how fast you make it is if you have someone on ground to welcome and put you through.

Other determinant is how skilled you are and if you skill is in demand.

If you have to wake up to pee every two hours kindly go for check up please.

budaatum:
To be honest, my body is adapting too as I have to pee like every 2 hours or so. Thankfully, the loo ain't too far from the bed, so I stumble back afterwards and continue. And short bursts.

As for spending money, I better or I give it away, but it's spent if invested.

They sell their lands and property and sell themselves to slavery...I really don't understand this ....

You sell your cars , houses and go and be a slave doing care jobs cleaning anus only to hutsle all your life till 60s just to come back to buy house and ridiculously you might not be able to buy the house , even if you buy the house the kids will not want to come back and maybe your wife

So you end up lonely either here in Nigeria or in old people's home abroad ... whichever way you will be lonely and depressed

That's Japa
Are they travelling with your money? It's none of your business wherever anyone chooses to go

That's what many have done
they will surely regret it.
When they start having cancer and watch their children behave like ozonna soludo.
Then they will hear that people back home are doing fine while they are still paying for mortgage for 3 decades

Like I said, you will cry for the rest of your miserable life because I didn't cause your misfortune. And your bitter soul will forever prevent you from getting help you do need. In fact, mercy of God have departed your life because of your bitter soul, you will wail for the rest of your life. Amen. Your mates are where they are sorting how their life will be better, but the bitterness in your life will never let you see road.
