To be very frank with you, what does a man wants to do with a lady that her menstruation is already fluctuating?

Secondly, the experience I had with looking after my son from 14 months old till now that he is going to 7 years old makes me realize that taking care of a baby for a lady going to 40 years is not going to be easy for her. Compared with a lady in her 25 that still has strength.
