Hi,
Did your MIL submit her passport though she got evisa? Mine has got appointment later today and I was just told they hadn’t paid for courier services for return.
Yes she did. Paying for courier services for return isn’t mandatory. You can make arrangements to go pick up or have someone pick up for you when notified.

Hi, I submitted yesterday as I just decided to check my documents again tonight out of curiosity and noticed something that has really pissed me off, it was also my fault for not cross checking, I am self employed and requested for a 6 months bank statement from GTB, the lady that attended to me gave me 7 months and I didn’t know !, and the issue now is that I only provided lump sum explanations for only 6 months, this other lump sum was 7 months ago. Does this pose a really serious issue?.

You can get the 6 months statement and upload it.

Uploading stops after you have done your biometrics.

Don't worry about it. I don't think it will be an issue. You have explained for 6 months. One month will not be a deal breaker.

I applied for a visit visa for my aunt and she did biometrics on the 25th of march but no decision till now. And VFS has been acting up, can’t even check the status of her application. Any suggestions or advice?

Standard UK visit visa processing takes approximately 15 working days (three weeks) from the date of biometrics. Since biometrics were done on March 25th, the standard decision timeline is still ongoing. If the VFS tracking site is not working, try calling the UKVI contact center at +44 300 790 6268 (fee applies) or use their paid email service for a direct update

Seems I made an error on my UK Evisa Application.

I uploaded only the data page of my international passport and did biometrics this morning. How can I rectify this please?

Vfs themselves also scan your passports and previous stamps and upload, apart from the one you do and add to your supporting documents

Good morning guys.

I am filling out visa application for a 2 years old child who wants to travel with her mom to the UK.

I need help on the best way to answer these questions.

1. How much money are you planning to spend on your visit to the UK?

2. What is the total amount of money you spend each month?

1. How much money are you planning to spend on your visit to the UK?
For a two-year-old, this figure should represent only the additional costs specific to the child. Since the child does not have independent income, the amount should be realistic based on what the parent/sponsor is providing.
The Answer: State the estimated cost of the child’s flight, their share of accommodation (if applicable), and daily expenses (food/activities).
Key Detail: In the "Additional Information" section of the application, clarify: "The applicant is a 2-year-old minor. All costs for this trip, totaling [Insert Amount], are being fully covered by her mother/sponsor, [Mother's Name]."
2. What is the total amount of money you spend each month?
This question often trips people up for minors. Since the child has no income and no independent living expenses, the answer should technically be 0 (or a very nominal amount if they have a small savings account in their name, but usually 0).
The Answer: 0.00
The Explanation: UKVI understands that a toddler does not pay monthly bills. However, you must ensure the mother’s application (or the sponsor's) reflects the cost of supporting the child.
Supporting Evidence: you as the mlth must provide her own bank statements and a Letter of Sponsorship explicitly stating: "I, [Mother's Name], confirm that you esponsible for all financial costs related to your daughter's visit and her ongoing maintenance."
2. What is the total amount of money you spend each month?
