If bread is your power, what are you without it?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE WHEAT BREAD.

I struggle to finish a full loaf of white bread, it always goes to waste in my house if I don't use it for sandwiches.

Hmmm, I bought wheat bread from Old English because I'm working on loosing belly fat. Eating it feels like punishment, no single sugar . Weight loss and flat tummy is serious work. I prefer white bread abeg.

mine is 15 months without bread. my carbs are from sweet potato, grilled plantain, brown rice and beans. Banana and pineapples too

If you go by what those modern scientists and food critics say,you will end up avoiding lots of food that don't really mean harm because they don't really have clear evidence to back their claim.
