What's diyan?

Dinner. Slow-braised chicken with Thai flavors, air-fried carrots and sweet potatoes (seasoned with cumin and ginger).

Please house, help my ministry here

Joined the nonstick faze sometime ago and got cookware, only for the thing to begin peel

Now, I'm reading about nonsticks not being good for the health, I'm hearing of stainless steel, cast iron, ceramic and so on... I'M CONFUSED

I need pots that are sturdy and will last, I don't care about aesthetics again abeg... Just something madam won't start worrying about after some time

Thank you

Le Cruset or Radiance.

The reviews are not bad at all. Le Cruset is quite pricey but worth it.

Are you able to ship in or local? If you can ship, I have used these for almost twenty years and they are very well priced. They are a little different from when I got mine, but still excellent especially at that price
https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/ikea-365-9-piece-cookware-set-stainless-steel-50577909/

This is an even cheaper option that cooks evenly and is easy to take care of https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/ikea-365-9-piece-cookware-set-stainless-steel-20484332/

I also have these but the handles don't hold up well after about five years https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/annons-5-piece-cookware-set-glass-stainless-steel-30577854/

Tender braised lamb shanks with creamy mashed potatoes today. Got a great deal on high-quality shanks from NY in phase 1. If I used beef shanks cut into steaks, it's basically ossobuco.
