Please do a paid email so UKVI can escalate it and tell the person who made payment on your behalf to call his or her bank to complain about it.
I know of someone with similar situation with you. Although she is in the process of getting her money back.

I was able to do a paid enquiry last week Friday and the case has now been officially escalated. Thanks for your input.

If your father is the true source of the money, then you should clearly state “parent/family sponsor”, even if the funds are currently sitting in your own account. What matters in most visa and school applications is the origin of the funds, not just whose account they’re in.

It can be up to 12 months on UKVI's page. According to various forum groups that I am. The minimum I have seen is about 6 months. Mostly around a year. All the best.

However, to be honest with you, refusal based on not being a genuine student can be of the most serious refusal reasons. And it also depends on the specific reason given by the caseworker.

Before reapplying again please, carefully review the specific reasons, and review your visa application form, your responses, answers, claims, etc. if you used an agent please request for the previous visa application form. It will help you.

Did anyone hear get his student visa approved without showing salary account and payslip?

I heard there is a new development where one has to show POF for 28 days and also support it with proof of salaried employment and payslip.
