I believe in Tinubu that has no primary certificate because he is more competent than that 3rd class university graduate. The state that a primary school with no certificate led when he was governor has been on top and 1st in Nigeria states compare to that Anambra state that 3rd class university graduate governed then. Even when Soludo wanted to succeed, he had to invite Tinubu experts like Fashola to train all his Anambra workers how to succeed like Lagos. So, is it not better to pray to have someone like Tinubu then for high productivity?
