Not expecting any honest and unbiased judgement from them. The corrupt government in power has bought over every aspect of the country. Remember, it was supreme Court that made No.4 to become No. 1 in Imo State. I doubt it there's anything Supreme left in them since the likes of Justice Oputa and his peers left the scene.

supreme court can't judge a case that have not been judged by high court or appeal court....the verdict from hih court and appeal is what supreme court will use to give verdict

At this stage, the issue is no longer just about ADC or PDP, but about the integrity of internal party democracy and whether leadership disputes should consistently end up in the courts.

anybody with a working brain knows that the supreme court will ask the ADC to go back to the trial court, cos you can't appeal a case that's yet to be decided at the lower court.

You don't think and you lack logical reasoning. I don't care whether Supreme court give decision against ADC. There is time frame for party activities, when to start and when to end. This is a matter of accelerated hearing.
This delay is deliberate.
