Some even still have that disgusting practice of keeping contacts of their exes (like this one) and still following them on social media. Like what do you still want. Any self respecting man who sees that cannot take you serious. He'll "enjoy" himself and ditch you for another lady capable of loyalty and actual maturity.

Either man or woman STOP contacting your exes nor keeping their contacts (except for rare reasons which is the exception), you position yourself as a disloyal person.

I was almost in this kind of scenario before but I avoided it. I am someone that avoids things I deem inappropriate. A girl I loved then but left me because young was without Job and broke, invited me to her wedding, I couldn't attend for 2 reasons.
1. She chose the other guy over me and I felt my presence there would be disrespectful to the husband.
2. I was still in love with her and just couldn't stand it (she left me, I didn't leave her).
