If you married a responsible husband, such actions should be out of it. It is like an insult restricting or monitoring your husband when he is with your daughters. Again, this topic is somehow cos it’s always directed towards men, forgetting that we have sexual perverts in women too. Why would I not be able to bath my own daughter? O wrong now! Imagine what's running in the minds of modern African men. Modernity seems to have perverted and corrupted the African mind. These are people what walked around naked or almost naked a century ago. There were no cases of paedophilia, rape, sexual perversions when young women walking around topless.

Some of us are helping to cause division and hatred at home because of the bias opinions we share online. If you were abused as a kid, it doesn't mean other will experience it.

Bathing a child by the Parents whether male or female should not be an issue. The issue should be how best to do it and when to stop doing it.

Bath time should be respectful, calm, and age-appropriate. (As a child grows, physical assistant regarding bathing reduces until it stops). Parents can help young children wash while teaching them how to clean themselves properly. As the child grows, direct washing especially of private parts should gradually change to verbal guidance & supervision.

A parent can say: ‘Wash your private area properly and rinse well.

As a child becomes more independent: ‘ They can wash their private parts themselves while the parent verbally guide them.

If you get married to a wizard who will wants to abuse his own child (daughter) then deal with it to the root. It's not right for mothers to stop or prevent the father from caring for their own daughters. Unless the daughter is from another Man.

The best a mother should do is be available to guide the father on how best he can assist in bathing their kids if she feels the father might not be able to handle it properly.
