He even tried. Have anyone of you from the south ever tasted the meals of core northerners? Me that couldn't eat northern people food . The day I tasted an Hausa woman fried rice,it tasted as if she had a personal beef with curry and maggi . I knew I'd have a long lasting beef with toilet if I should go ahead and eat it Na once I collect only the meat and dash the rice to my little neice and nephew

But then again,I really loved their akara ,cuz of the dried pepper they usually add to it like they do on suya. Apart from that,any other northern food dey make me dey feel like

I need recommendations for African restaurants in Germany.

Tried a Ghanaian restaurant, expensive as hell. Food was horrible. Had to force myself to swallow ....

Was almost 40 Euros / plate.

Recall eating at a Naija restaurant in Zambia - likely the palm oil was rancid - it tasted like engine oil. Could barely eat it, was almost 30k naira equivalent.

Behave yourself and act like you truly appreciate the kind gesture of your host, It's called etiquette, That's how you open doors to the benefits of being in a new country with a different culture. A lot of illiterates traveling abroad with their backward mentality.

Why did he travel when he can't cope without his local food? It's annoying seeing so-called adults behaving like children. Little things like this act might deprive him from some benefits but he's too dumb to notice. To him he's just catching cruise.

The only northern food wey I fit eat na that their akara too and indomie wey their aboki dey do for person. I also I dey eat their fried Salah ram

If we're to be honest, northerners are not exactly known for their culinary skills! When i was in Sokoto, i always sought out southern, especially eastern, owned/run cafetaria or mama-put to patrionise, and i suspect this is the case with other southerners reading this who did their NYSC in the north.

I can relate.. as a thorough bred Nigerian, it's difficult to enjjoy Chinese delicacies, even their noodles no too dey enjoyable.
However, Indian delicacies are quite cool.

Depends on the area you staying in Germany.

Even Frankfurt, still have some great African restaurants, just like home.....

Where you chop the food?.. I eat their food in North very well up till far North East and I can say they make good food, healthy food even.
Maybe it's their delicacy they eat with maggi you took, still there are other great dishes in the North.

I am a regular visitor to Prodeco Restaurant.
If you know Prodeco very well. You will know expats eat there on a regular basis.

On my very first visit to the restaurant. While I was struggling to use the cutlery, I was amazed when I saw 2 white guys already using their bare hands to pieces the meal.
I was like what da heck is going on here.
No one told me before I followed suit.

One thing I have come to learn over time in life is that, you will have the greatest amount of peace if only you come to terms with being you. acting you, living you without thinking of what others think about you.

If you can't find one, make one. Some of the businesses you see today started because someone saw a gap, discovered a solution to it and boom it became a business. You may be surprised to see Chinese who are interested.
