You guys worry over inconsequential things. Prenup can be done in nigeria or UK as long as there is a court and lawyer. Prenup is an agreement of assurance that couple aren't getting married cos of the wealth of a party, therefore, incase there's a separation..no party has to lay a claim on the wealth, property or other wise of the other party. It's just a guide against marriage deceipt and it's always done before marriage between couple.

Ugo, the ex husband was very wise and I feel he's a street wise UK boy that has probably been hearing a lot about ladies brought from Nigeria to overseas especially UK and how they always frustrate their husband through illicit affairs and often taking his hard earned wealth and render him homeless.

No where was it mentioned were the prenuptial contract was signed or where the marriage certificate was issued......however,if a Nigerian marriage certificate can be recognised over there and for a divorce matter to have been entertained,then a marriage certificate would have been tendered as eveidence and the legal basis for the union in the first place and if that certificate was issued in Nigeria, then the legal prenuptial contract would also stand if signed in Nigeria......i noh be lawyer o but I just feel its commonsense.
