She once told me she registered in a remote clinic so people around her won't notice. Due to this, her work schedule often clashed with her engagements with the clinic. She skips it most times

That's the main problem, in Nigeria settings you can't let people around you know you're HIV positive and that's how it is in most African countries except maybe SA that a girl can openly tell you she's positive. Many people are even afraid to eat in the same plate with them,once someone in the street knows unless the person relocate.
