Went on a baking spree day before yesterday. Was actually an accident because SOMEONE who will not be named was asked to prep the yeast and accidentally prepped 3 TIMES the intended quantity😭

On the plus side, though they were browner than I like, they were super-fluffy and I finally got that agege texture! They taste like brioche even though it's milk bread because I added me some nutmeg🤤

Also made two garlic-rosemary flatbreads.

The way I avoid anything yeast na eeh....days ago I had one big loaf of bread with margarine......had it been I knew I wouldn't have bought that bread..

My back hurts like hell.
