birdman:That is how many of them end up broke despite making millions. Credit to Diggs who decided to fight the allegation because many players would have signed a settlement agreement with the accuser even when they are innocent because they don't want the distraction. It's a tough world out there. It's truly difficult for them to even know who genuinely cares about them. Have you seen "BOO-YAH". the documentary on Stuart Scott? The end was sad. Family fighting over his trust and money left behind. People getting broke from paying lawyers to fight his trust. Omo, this thing no easy.. |

Roland17:He tried to settle, offering 100K. Luckily, the woman refused and wanted 5.5milli, and he went to court. I say luckily, because that 100k payment would still have implicated him, and made him a target in the future. Any other accusation even with no proof would have factored settlement in, and he would have lost more, maybe even jail time I did not know about stuart scott documentary. will check it out |

Darryl Fraud Morey fired by the Sixers birdman:Stefon has himself to blame. One can only hope he's learned his lesson. A lot of these people outside their sporting pursuits don't necessarily make the best choices. Relatives are a pretty easy one. Help the grateful ones cut off the entitled ones. It's really that simple. We all need healthy coping mechanisms especially these guys that can actually afford their vices which might be drugs and or women |

A40:The werey has gone back to Cardi B. I don’t know why these cats just love drama. It’s like they can’t save themselves even if their lives depend on it. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 7:51pm On May 14 |
Roland17:They deserve each other. Diggs has always been that way from the Vikings days. He's just mainstream now. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by greypencils: 9:22am On May 15 |
Roland17:That is why you still have to respect Lebron, Curry and other cats that have their shit together. I dont care about what Bron does on court. Off-court, I have to give him his due respect. The family legacy he has built is everything. @Steady, dont come and start blowing his trumpet o. Your boy still aint shit. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 4:56am On May 16 |
Mitchell screwed the Cavs so badly. Some guys just simply cannot be your #1 option if you're trying to win Now we have Game 7 Harden to look forward to ![]() Spurs violating the Timberwolves. OKC vs Spurs is set. Chet vs Wemby. Absolute cinema ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 9:42am On May 16 |
I know we're all thinking the Spurs can stop OKC, but get that thought out of your minds because it's not happening. OKC are a complete level above Spurs. And don't say Spurs dominated them in the regular season and in-season tournament, that is ages ago, and in low stakes basketball. This is the playoffs, ain't no messing around here. I watched this team hand my team basketball lessons. And I know the Lakers are a level below the Spurs, but we're a decent team too. And it didn't matter. OKC just has multiple weapons they can throw at you. And I know there's the Wemby factor, but it won't be enough. The only thing OKC need to do is make him as inefficient as possible on the offensive end, because Wemby will be Wemby defensively. But I know OKC has ways to work around the Wemby paint presence too. It's either going to be a bloodbath, or it's going to end very quickly. Whichever way, I still back OKC to come through. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by greypencils: 7:50pm On May 16 |
steady986:Your lakers aint shit. They are not a standard to measure OKC's abilities. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 8:03pm On May 16 |
A40:Omo, neither Spida nor Brunson have an easier shot to winning a ring than this year. If they blow it, they can forget about it.. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 11:48pm On May 16 |
greypencils:So what is the standard? The Spurs? A team that has only one regular season as evidence of how good they can be. Lol. Una go soon learn. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by greypencils: 12:32am On May 17 |
steady986:Spurs would do what your mediocre Lakers couldn't |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 12:43am On May 17 |
I just dey sorry for Ant. Stuck with asshats like Julius Randle and Rudy Gobert. If they knew shey they would have been managing KAT jeje. And as for Jaden McDaniels e be like beating the Nuggets was his own Larry O'Brien. When he see teams with real defenders see as him sempe That OKC vs Spurs series would be rough rugged and raw. If SGA is as mid as he was against the Lakers they are going to catch that L. And we already know about Wemby and Chet. That is going to be a really tight series and I would not be surprised if the Spurs beat em. If Wemby was not suspended that Wolves series could have easily ended in 5 Castle and Harper are a problem |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 12:52am On May 17 |
Also what are the Lakers doing? Let LeBronze walk!! However good you think he might be, he's not good enough to allow you win now and he will definitely not be good enough in the future. If Pelinka had any balls he would offer the 1 yr vet minimum (hoping he rejects it btw) and ask if he's really serious about winning so they can use the rest of the money to surround the team with talent. If he declines then you can easily conclude all he cares about is numbers and you have an alibi Cos giving him a max or anything close to it is just dumb |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 1:35am On May 17 |
A40:Your Bees are bringing The GOAT is coming back for another year! Are you ready!!!!! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 1:45am On May 17 |
Roland17:He should retire and go be with his 'wife' we are going to be ass regardless. I don't know why these dudes are so scared of retiring. Him, Lebronze just playing out a string and keeping their teams in eternal purgatory |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 8:56pm On May 17 |

| Re: The NBA Begins by afrodoc2: 3:19am On May 18 |
The expected James Harden choke job in a crunch game. Luckily for them the Pistons are ass. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:07am On May 18 |
The Pistons are just the Houston Rockets of the East. They play dirty and had but have zero offense. Plus they each have a player named Thompson. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 2:09pm On May 18 |
afrodoc2:Let's not get it twisted; he still choked. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 4:43pm On May 18 |

| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 4:55pm On May 18 |
steady986:Lol, why are you still pained? Face the Thunder that swept you na. Oh, I forgot, yall only speak loud when bullying playoff newbs. Its not even that you got swept, its how you got swept. 4th option Ajay lighting yall like a cigar That was more like a spanking than a sweep. But Issokay, enjoy that good cali weather, we will see yall next year! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 2:36am On May 19 |
Spurs are looking like the regular season record against OKC was no fluke. They are holding their own. Wemby is something else! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 3:17am On May 19 |
Is this your MVP?? If not that OKC na well rounded team wey no really need SGA as we think say them need am. If they were reliant on just him this would be a blowout |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 3:56am On May 19 |
This is the Caruso game |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 4:01am On May 19 |
This Ron Harper pikin is cold blooded |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:29am On May 19 |
How do you stop that? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:38am On May 19 |
This is just too easy for Wemby. Why is Chet switching and letting Caruso guard Wemby inside the paint.. Mouse in the house!!! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:41am On May 19 |
The league is in trouble. This kid is dominating both ends of the court!!! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:43am On May 19 |
Chet looks disgusted watching from the bench. |
