Ayo112:The reasons were valid in my opinion. I underestimated the importance of some documents. For example the Financial summary form I didn’t submit it, I submitted three months bank statement instead of six months, I did not explain gap in educational/employment history, I did not include offer letters of employment(s). And I did all these because it was a scholarship so I thought so far offer letters from the sponsor is showing that tuition and other things are covered maybe they’d approve it. Also, I got most of my information from the person I said I know in Ireland not online it was after submitting I found out about FSF and some other information. |

Jamolodeen:Sorry but they returned your money?? What money if I may ask?? |
| Re: Ireland Study Visa thread,General Life Experience of Nigerians Living in Ireland by Jamolodeen: 4:05pm On May 25 |
Ayo112:That was a mistake. I wanted to say “the only thing they didn’t return was the money I paid VFS” sorry |

Jamolodeen:Ireland visa refusal rate is high and everything has to be airtight if you’re submitting a new application. |

Kurious04052026:I applied February 15 or so and they received my application February 22, if I’m not mistaken. I got response April 23 or so. My application used exactly 8 weeks and maybe 2-3 days sha I’m certain of that. |

Good day house. Please how do I go about part tuition payment for Ireland? Can I use my naira card? Or what are the options available? Thank you. |

Jamolodeen:Please how did you pay for your tuition? I'm using UBA MasterCard to pay via the school provided portal but it's declining. "Payment declined.Verbal authorization is required. Please contact your card issuer." |
| Re: Ireland Study Visa thread,General Life Experience of Nigerians Living in Ireland by Shally233: 5:34am On May 28 |
Jandminded:Well, it depends on the means of payment the school wants...I actually used Transfermate and I'm sure most of us here, if not all, also used Transfermate...You can try paying through apps like Pay4me |

Nanfiasco:Just be optimistic, everything is going to be alright...I don't think there is any group but this thread will be more active around June, July and August since it's like the peak period close to resumption and awaiting visa decision |

Nanfiasco:Did you use agent for the visa application? |
| Re: Ireland Study Visa thread,General Life Experience of Nigerians Living in Ireland by Jandminded: 5:41pm On May 29 |
Shally233:It's TU-Dublin, and the only form of payment I could find on their portal is through touchnet where I will have to use my master card to pay. I don't know if there is anybody else that also applied to the school and how they paid. |

| Re: Ireland Study Visa thread,General Life Experience of Nigerians Living in Ireland by kinkyhead: 10:54pm On Jun 05 |
Hello. I also paid via touchnet because I didn't get the school mail earlier where the sent the link for transfermate. So I just attached my receipt and sent to them. They acknowledge and sent my offer letter Jandminded: |
