Who do you have for the Stanley Cup? Canes or Knights. After seeing the Knights systematically destroy the Avs that were supposed to win it all it's hard to pick against them. But the Canes have also been knocking on the door.
This is such a difficult one to predict because both teams are solid.

The Hurricanes have lost only 1 game in the playoffs this season. Their forechecking is about the best I watched this past season and in the playoffs. They snuff the life out of opponents with the press and create a lot chances because of this. They skate like they are going to war, I mean these cats are aggressive!

The Knights did not exactly have a great regular but they have turned it around quickly and I think the coaching change had a lot to do with it. They are a more experienced team than the Canes and are just as physical and to your point, nobody saw a sweep of the Avalanche in the conference final.

Omo this is tough but the Hurricanes look like they are ready to win it all. The combination of their superior forechecking, speed and physicality may just be too much for the Knights. The Knights have that experience, especially recent Championship experience in comparison though. Its a tough one but I will be watching for sure.

I don stand on your mandate like that

Who you got Spurs or Knicks?

I fancy the Spurs so much because they just beat the defending champ but Knicks seems to be on a scripted journey. It might just be written in the stars for the Knicks

@A40

You dey watch game 1?

Omo as I predicted, the Canes’s forecheck, especially in the neutral zone is forcing TO leading to scoring opportunities for them.

Who go beat that Golden Knights team go try. That team is some ruff ryders. The way they swept the Avs despite the regular season record

Game 3 they were 3 goals down and came back. Last night on the road 2 goals down they came back. That their werey coach Tortorella also plays a role.

Still think the Canes will make it a series but the Golden Knights are just ruff, rugged and raw

I said it that this championship is written in the stars for Knicks.

I don't see how Spurs win 4 out of 5 potential games left
Re: The NBA Begins by greypencils: 7:56am On Jun 06
Spurs would lose the Finals out of inexperience. 9 seconds to go, Spurs have possession, scores are even, our MVP then decides to turn the ball over.

Ball turned over, 1 point down, 4 seconds to go, our MVP decides to try a midrange instead of going to the rim and asking for an alley hoop, where the ball would be thrown at an height only you can catch. The only reason you wont catch it is if you get fouled. Why are you an NBA player if you cant knock down at least 1 out of 2 FTs? Worst case scenario, OT and not an outright loss. You have a chance to try again.

The teams inexperience is showing especially with Wemby. He looks gassed out and that is probably why he heroes sitting at the baseline trying to Curry his way to a win. I'm shocked they have made adjustments since the OKC series where he wasn't even getting into the paint.
Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 12:26pm On Jun 06
Can you win with a small guard as your best player?

Na this finals we go take answer that question cool
