It would be interesting to see Carrick's long term plan for the lad.

People are already saying he could transition to a worldclass winger...same way Bale did grin

He's quite energetic and pacey, just his decision making most times can be frustrating..But he sure does strike the ball well..

Ederson is going to the World Cup. He replaces Wesley, a full back, in the Brazilian squad after the latter picked an injury in a friendly against Egypt.

Bittersweet news.

Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by TrebleChamp(m): 7:17pm On Jun 09
£85m for Mateus Fernandes. Should have added something and get Tonali, but i want to believe the recruitment team know what they are doing. So fingers crossed.....

God forbid bad tin

Even Valencia at some point added some technicalities to his game .

I remember the season he was made captain.. his low driven crosses were deadly.

He also formed an amazing partnership with Rafael

When Rafael goes forward Valencia drops into right back
And vice versa

But U see this dorgu never..

Look at that Everton's illiman ndai see his technicality on the ball.
That's what we should be looking at.
Not dorgu.

Dorgu isn't press resistant.
He can't score a 1v1
Hes not technically gifted

Because he can run and shoot doesn't mean he's him
He's just a black Pedro Neto

He is a Spanish League Champion and won't be short of suitors in the summer, Chelshit should bring £70m now before a bidding war start...

It's madness at this point..After just one good season and clubs are expected to pay over £105m for a player?

Good luck to clubs now because I believe agents would now be insisting on inserting release clauses in contracts..

He wouldn't be a bad choice to be honest.

As for the midfield, we should be going all out for Tonali because it seems City are going to get Anderson.
Man Utd have had 12 months to sort out their abysmal midfield. They should be throwing everything at Anderson. He’s worth more than £120m.

When Arsenal signed Rice 3 years ago for £105m, Rice wasn’t this “Anderson” good. We have seen players like Caicedo and Enzo Fernandes with £100m+ fees many years ago. Why is INEOS reluctant to pay the top dollar for an amazing player?

Anderson prefers Mancity to us, plus he is no where near what Nottenham Forest are asking. City already had a £124m which include add-on rejected for him, United shouldn't be throwing that kind of money on a players who prefers joining our noisy neighbour..

I read that he favors a move to our city rivals. So that could be the reason we are considering other options.

I like Anderson, I think he's fantastic but I dont think we should be spending £120m+ on him.

That fee is for clubs like Man City whose squad is nearly complete and need only 1 or 2 cherry on top signings and who also have the deep pockets to have a 100m player like Grealish flop and not have any major negative effects.

We need 5 to 6 buys this summer not 1 or 2. We can buy 2 top quality midfielders for between 120m-140m.
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by akwesenana: 11:46am On Jun 11
I just wish Anderson would remain at Nottingham Forest for one more season.

He doesn’t! Everyone keeps saying this but the player hasn’t actually decided where he’s going.

This is INEOS drip-feeding their media hacks to make it look like the player made a decision and there was nothing they could do to get the player.

Nottingham Forest have a price on the asset. If United maych the price, they will get the player. INEOS don’t want to spend such a big fee on one player so they are using underhanded tactics to fool Man Utd fans.

When Semenyo chose Man City, we all saw the news before the transfer.

Please show me where the player has actually said he’s choosing City over United.

I need a direct quote from the player himself not what Mark Ogden or Fabrizio thinks. All those media hacks work for INEOS to control the narratives.

If Martinez keep starting the fraud Fernandes in midfield we are not going to win anything. What a useless footballer. You have the perfect midfield blend already in Neves, Vitinha and Bernardo yet you are forcing a donkey like Fraudnandes into that midfield.

We should wrap up Matheus now before City get Anderson or else West ham won't bulge from their 85m valuation. We could get Scott and Matheus for 130 combined and then focus on the left wing.
