You can greet dos ones you know dt are few distance away from you while walking not turning head left nd right looking for people wen no send you to greet while walking on the street.

Greet people dt are deserving to be greeted not dos idle able noise making young guys . some of dem just sit for front of compound dey expect you to first greet dem.

I came out of my building recently, I saw some idle street guys sitting outside talking their usual unproductive talk, I walk pass dem. while coming bk to d huz, one of dem had the effrontery to call my attention dt won't I greet dem. I was just amused. I ignore him and walk inside.

na person wen dey struggle wit self esteem dey worry who dey look am as him dey waka for street or who no greet am or they find who to greet.

But make sure you get good rapport wit ur fellow nebor for ur compound,few for street, workplace nd few persons for church dts the koko in case of emergency tomorrow. You no know who will be of help to you tomorrow.

Most of us, we were not raised to be people friendly, hence, the deep introvert trait. My case is similar to yours but it is changing gradually, because I'm working on myself..

Before now, I used to frown subconsciously while walking, listening, sitting, etc, around people. It is like an automatic setting. But now, I'm loosening up bit by bit as I smile more now, gist and make friends with people easily, unlike before..

Being an introvert becomes bad when it controls you, you will lose meaningful friendships, connections/opportunities as a result. Making favour/help difficult...

You’re so right on losing meaningful friendships part. I’ve made peace with my fate at this point, I don’t think anything can change tbh, even though it’s painful sometimes. There are some people I’ll really like to be friends with or at least have a relationship with. But I tried in the past, it was going well until it didn’t.

I would say i am like this just hate forcing my self on anyone right in this my adult age, i would say i have lost any spark of socialization in me as compared to my younger years. I have seen betrayl, social exclusion and wouldn't want to be in a point where i am begging. I am doing fine by myself.

Over the years I have only had two friend in my entire life..I can't make new friends not like I care to. But I have always noticed since I was a teenager, people just stare and keep their distance. Like it starting to feel like I have some kind of demon that keeps people away at a far distance. I think I am the problem, I don't talk much.. I have lived in my current residence for 6years and not one single friend going down the street they all just stare. Men and women, boy's and girls...It's almost like my aura or the vibe I give is not welcoming, is keeping a straight face a bad thing..or is minding my business bad. It's almost like a spirit possessed me from childbirth keeping people afar.

Someone that I haven't talked to before might decide to keep malice with me like so many people.. frowning face whenever eyes meet and you can see from those eyes the hatred.
Like I wonder what's this problem.. meanwhile there's another guy right there who might be in same place and within a second knows everyone..I think this is spiritual
