Good afternoon everyone.

So it's been over 2 months since my fiancee broke up with me. I've asked her to know what I did that made her to take that decision but she certificate has no reason for it. Finally I've decided to move on with my life and that was after I send a friend of mine to help me speak with her. She told my friend she had moved on with her life ,and that I should also do the same. So,I've accepted my fate and that's it .

But here lies the problem,I've met a couple of ladies. Some have equally shown interest too but my problem now is that I'm finding it difficult to trust any of these ladies, considering what I went through in the hands of my immediate ex.

Please, Nairalanders,what can I do to build up my trust back especially around women.

You "asked her to know what I did that made her to take that decision", but you continuously refuse to tell yourself what you did or didn't do that made her make that decision. After all, the signals were all there, and she most likely told you. But did you listen so you heard her? I doubt it.

You are going to not accept this, but your "finding it difficult to trust any of these ladies" is actually you not trusting that you are good enough for the ladies you meet. It's either that or you believe all the ladies you meet are like your ex, which means you haven't really "accepted my fate" and moved on.

Time, I guess, but I do strongly advise you learn to honestly tell yourself the truth so you can trust yourself.

Well I think you should be happy because you dodged a bullet. She didn't tell you any reason as to why she isn't interested anymore. The lady is mentally and emotionally unstable and she might even leave you when the goings get tough in marriage.
So, Keep building your masculine frame and grow to become a true leader, the right one will find you and you will connect so deeply.
