Obidients celebrated Okonkwo as a defender of democracy when he was criticising others and singing the praises of their political messiah, Peter Obi. Now that the criticism is directed at them, they should accept it with the same enthusiasm and stop complaining.

Obidients never seem to have learned how to handle criticism, they only know how to criticize and malign others. They have elevated Peter Obi to a messianic figure whom they believe is beyond scrutiny or criticism. What they are promoting is a form of intolerance toward dissenting views, a dictatorship of a vocal few. Their constant double standards often come across as hypocritical and detached from political reality.
The hypocrisy and political delusion on display are hard to ignore.
