With ordinary bus terminals looking like this, goodness knows what the Lekki International Airport under construction will look like. Probably like something out of a space movie! The bus terminal is similar to what we see in advanced countries. This is what Tinubu is trying to replicate across Nigeria, hence the X5 increased monetary allocations to the states. I do pity people that think development only relates to building highly inflated fancy things.....my dear development encompasses the wellbeing of the people who are citizens. Ask yourself....how are Nigerians faring? |

Kushites:That’s why someone said we black people don’t have sense, you are rejoicing on what’s supposed to be your normal right as a citizen, are you not paying taxes. He failed woefully on all aspects of his administration, but this is just our human right…and you are here celebrating him for this. |

A good government primary responsibilities are just 3. First is to protect the people, if people don't feel safe nothing works, right now we can't say the government has made the country safe for the citizen. Second responsibility is to provide public goods like stable electricity, good road, public health infrastructure and clean water e.t.c to improve the well-being of the citizen but these are luxury to average Nigerians.Lastly a government basic responsibility is to put a good system that works in place, a system that protect right of citizen,a system that ensure inflation doesn't destroy the savings of a common man. Do we have any of these in place to start with? |

oz4real83:IT IS NOT TINUBU'S JOB TO LIGHT UP YOUR VILLAGE. THAT'S THE JOB OF YOUR LOCAL GOVT CHAIRMAN WHOSE NAME YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW, BECAUSE YOUR HEAD IS DREAMING OF TINUBU. |

Godsown223012:SHUT UP AND STOP FEELING RACIALLY INFERIOR. NOTHING IS ''YOUR RIGHT''. NIGERIA IS A DEVELOPING COUNTRY, JUST LIKE 80% OF COUNTRIES ON EARTH. IT'S ANNUAL BUDGET IS JUST $40 BILLION COMPARED TO $8 TRILLION FOR THE USA, WITH A SIMILAR POPULATION SIZE, AND $2 TRILLION FOR THE UK WITH 60 MILLION PEOPLE. WHICH MEANS THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY TO DEVELOP THE ENTIRE COUNTRY OVERNIGHT. THE GOVT MUST CHOOSE WHICH ROADS TO TAR THIS YEAR AND WHICH TO LEAVE TILL NEXT YEAR'S BUDGET. SAME WITH OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE. SO NIGERIA IS NOT SUCH A RICH COUNTRY THAT YOU CAN CLAIM THAT SUCH AND SUCH INFRASTRUCTURE IS ''YOUR RIGHT''. WHEN YOU SEE PROGRESS, APPRECIATE IT, FOR MORE TO COME YOUR WAY, INSTEAD OF BEING SPITEFUL AND CLAIMING ANYTHING IS YOUR ''RIGHT''. |

Kushites:your failure president said if he can't provide stable power within his first term, he shouldn't be voted for a second term. Your evil APC amended the constitution to transfer its responsibilities to both state and local govts so that they will share in its failure to perform its promises. PDP put the country in coma, you and your evil APC promised to remove the country from coma but succeeded in kpaing it. |
