The uncomfortable truth is that God hasn't removed Tinubu yet. Nigerians are suffering a lot, that family is only looking after themselves, but God hasn't removed him yet. That is why pastors like Elijah Bamidele can boldly come out to say what he said. In the unseen world Tinubu is still president and God isnt keen on changing that . This is not a case of Pharaoh, this is a Nebuchadnezzar type issue, Tinubu has full permission from God here.. INEC will do the usual. What Nigerians do after will determine what God will do next. PS: if you have a passport please keep it handy. |

IgOga:But is tulumbu evil or not ? Being worse like you said is just a way of confirming that tulumbu is not fit for the position... Tell me exactly how your tulumbu has helped reduce hardship for yorubas, I'm not talking about other tribes.. Your fear is if obi eventually fixes Nigeria.... E go loud because he'll eventually unmask the evil Apc has done for more than 12years |

Sheuns:Things change, the only constant thing is change. It doesn't matter, nobody is perfect. He has voiced his view deal with it. I once hated Tinubu too because I felt he should have a hand in the death of Funsho Williams but that resentment is no longer there. I once loved my wife so much that I can't miss her call without returning it, but now I can see her 10 missed call without even giving a fkk. That's life, change is necessary. Tinubu didn't lie to you when he assumed office, he told you in clear terms that it is going to be tough. Call him a failure all you like, you will still witness another worse government after him. That is how this life is designed. |

One of the biggest lessons from this era is that it has exposed where many influential voices truly stand. For years, some religious leaders spoke boldly about justice, righteousness, and speaking truth to power. But when the nation entered one of its most difficult periods, many became noticeably quiet or chose diplomacy over confrontation. Nigerians naturally expected the same moral courage they had seen on other issues. That expectation is why many people feel disappointed—not because every pastor must become a politician, but because faith leaders have historically played important roles in speaking against injustice and defending the vulnerable. Silence is also a message. When people are struggling with inflation, insecurity, unemployment, and hardship, many believe those with large platforms have a responsibility to advocate for compassion, accountability, and good governance, regardless of who is in power. This isn't about attacking the Church or "men of God." It's about asking whether our moral voices remain consistent when speaking the truth becomes uncomfortable. History often remembers not only those who committed wrongs, but also those who had the influence to speak and chose not to. |

Dele you suppose to have gone to grave yourself for being rejected by your biological parent due to your waywardness or you think we don't know your history? Whilst gaveeyard is worst than "a father rejecting his own son and said I'm not sure I begat him". You need to go to the grave first.. Nigeria politics nor be your mate. Your obi will never enter our aso rock as president that is our promise so say whatever you want to say we don't care all we cares about his Tinubu will rule your a s s till 2035 and you can't d nada about it.. |

God keep vindictive Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for opening the eyes of so many Nigerians about who Yoruba Pastors truly are but ofcourse because of their tribalism they hated Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and said all sorts of unprintable words to him and I wonder the kind of insults and abuses they will heap on their brother Dele Faratimi for repeating what Mazi Nnamdi Kanu have already said about Yoruba Pastors |

Ofunaofu:simple logical reasoning would have made some Nigerians know why the man of God is very right and not really based on tribe. 1.Did Jonathan have the ball to remove subsidy then? it was reversed because he was not sure of what he wanted to do. did Jonathan implement confab that he organized? no. did he tackled Boko haram when it was fresh? no, he keep defending the governors, did he fight corruption? no instead keep defending his cabinet with oritzejafor saga and stealing not corruption,. did he implement or try to submit any visionary bills to national assembly like LG autonomy, tax reforms, student loans, zonal development commission, security reforms etc? NO because he didn't know how to do since he was accidentally at the presidency. so, intelligent Nigerians know when someone is trying and moving forward with difficult but necessary decisions. noone will ever condemn Jonathan if it was not try by error style. |

phemray:You claim simple logical reasoning supports your view, but you're forgetting the biggest logic of all: consistency. You suffer from a very short memory if you don't remember that the folks you are making excuses for today stood rigidly against subsidy removal in 2012. They sabotaged it then for political gain, forcing Jonathan to reverse it, only to turn around and do the exact same thing now. You boast about visionary bills like tax reforms and student loans, local government autonomy but conveniently ignore the unprecedented inflation, soaring food prices, and a collapsing naira, you also forget that the so called autonomy is merely on paper, because Nigerians are yet to see any difference in the local government administration not to mention the withholding of Osun state LGA funds for more than two years and counting If moving forward means plunging millions into extreme poverty while the critics of yesterday suddenly lose their voices, then that’s not leadership, that’s just hypocrisy. |
