Fact: Ordega's ONLY contribution was the 90 min cameo she played in the last group game (against Algeria, which ended 0-0) after Nigeria had already secured 6 points and guaranteed progression to the next round. She was not used or considered as a substitute candidate during the first 2 group games.

Fact: Ordega sustained her injury during a training incident just before the Semi final clash against South Africa. She was NOT considered as a substitute option against Zambia (even when we were 5 zip up) and was for all intents and purposes, training material and surplus to requirements.

Fact: your 'what-aboutism' fueled comments regarding Oshoala should be directed at the Coach, and not me, as only he knows the reason(s) and intelligence behind why he brought her back on the squad. Perhaps it was because she was having a great season with her Saudi club or perhaps she was still been revered on the continent. I would suggest you review her output prior to the WAFCON competition, as this might help you answer your own question.

Since you seem to struggle with the point I was trying to make - it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to continue to invite the likes of Ordega and in particular, Okobi, when you have exciting young and upcoming players who WILL be the face of the future for the SF.

Now is the time to start to blend the likes of Flourish Sebastian, Chioma Okafor (NC Courage), Nicole Payne, the young lady currently at Pitt (Celine Otta), Chioma Olise of Trabsunspor, or even the big U20 striker (Janet Akekoromowei) who got injured a few months ago, prior to her going overseas for a new club contract signing. These young ladies should be the focus for the SF, not those who are CLEARLY over the hill and way past their 'sell by' dates.

I stand by my initial comment that she was Inconsequential and Irrelevant to the team's success in winning the trophy. That is an undisputable fact!

A titanic battle as expected. Benin's Romaine Gandanou truly living up to the hype as one of Africa's best young players on the rise. She is Benin's response to Zambia's Banda. Very strong and good on the ball. Our Flamingoes defence really had a hell of a time against her.

I like that we still found a way to win but we need to be more clinical if we are going to leave Cotonou with the WC ticket.

The Kindness Ifeanyi change for Harmony Chidi was unexpected but it turned out alright. That shows the depth of quality we have got in the team. To find goals even without Harmony.

Kemi Adegbuyi and Queen Joseph are ballers. But they can do more in front of goal.

I tip the girls to win again, this time in cotonou or wherever it would be played if they are clinical. Worst case scenario is a draw.

Right now she doesn’t have the Capacity to unseat Echegini or Tony Payne in that number 10 role… even in a Midfield of 1– DM and 2– CAM she can’t start over the regular Echegini and Ajibade.

Madam should be stead with her club first before considering getting a spot in the SuperFalcons right now.. Younger Suliat Abideen, Emmanuel Favour and Precious Christopher will do a better job
