Tarriff made Food to be expensive so that it developed wings and flew away.
Nothing good comes easily..... Nigerians doesn't pay as much tax and tariffs yet many are struggling to get a meal per day.

Let's give thanks in every situation we find ourselves.

From my Grandma and Nne's kitchen cheesy
1. Freshly washed bitter leaf to remove all bitterness...you can leave traces ( then blend till very smooth) set aside.
Create stock with
2. Fresh fish, dried fish
3. Pepper
3. Palm oil
4. Smoked prawns (blended)
5. Salt
6. Seasonings (your choice)

When stock is thoroughly cooked, add blended bitter leaf and cook till done. I have tried other onugbu soup.
I love this method a great deal.
Edo people dont have any bitter leaf soup . The soup you're talking about is called omo ébè (ébè - meaning leaves ) , it's also commonly called black soup. We use bitter leaf , scent leave and uziza leaves .
