Unethical, but as a learned fellow, wouldn't it be wise that he arranges a secluded private inn to have conjugal friffings with the so-called student?

Look at the disgrace he has brought upon the noble teaching profession.

If the lecturer is not punished and the student meted the same treatment, then it will be that our universities are silently condoning immorality, debauchery and other forms of illegal intimate affairs.

According to the university bylaw of the NUC, it is forbidden for a lecturer or any staff to have intimacy with a student or learner.

The punishment is outright sack of the lecturer, and in some few cases rustication of the student for at least one academic session.

Minor or not, it is forbidden for a teacher (lecturer, HOD, faculty officers) to have intimacy with students(learners), according to the laws of the NUC.
